Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services. The estimated delivery time is for reference only and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistics delays.

Shipping Cost

All orders are shipped with a fixed shipping fee of $5 USD per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

After you place an order, it will go through order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

What Carrier Will Be Used to Ship My Order?

We work with a variety of reliable international shipping carriers. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your shipping address.

Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes, depending on the courier service used. Please note that it is not possible to choose or specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders canceled within this time frame can receive a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the product.
